Lovely studio with amazing soaps! I was looking for a soap maker I could drive to from Potomac that offers non-goat milk soaps. The "Rip on The Ranch" and "Sandalwood" bars are the kind of thing I was looking for, very clean with nice suds and deep, non-astringent aromas. Also, somewhat ironically given why I found them, the goat milk-based "Orange Clove" is dynamite and probably the nicest-smelling thing in the house. Great soaps, and a cool place to show up if you can. Highly recommended.

I first met these ladies at the Howard County fairgrounds last year. There are so many soaps being made and sold, it's hard to tell one from another. They had Thieves Soap for sale, my husband and I love that scent. We decided to try a few bars. We found out not only do they smell great but they last longer than other soaps we've bought from other places. We had bought some as gifts but decided to keep them for ourselves! I just received an order that I placed online with $5 shipping. We are now loaded up with more Thieves Soap to last us for a while!

We had a Bubbles and Buddies Soap Making Class at Goose Ridge Soaps in Hampstead, Maryland. Janice & Kim shared their knowledge of the soap making process. We each made our own batch of cold process soap! We were able to ask lots of questions, pick the scent and color of our choice and were able to make swirls and pretty designs on top, too. We did some in-store shopping as well. They are stocked with many wonderful handmade products for body and home. The shop smells soooo good. A fabulous time was had by all.

I grew up in North Carolina. My grandmother always made homemade soap. I called Gooseridge soap for help. I spoke with Ms Janice. Not only was she kind and supportive but very knowledgeable about my needs and what they could suggest and eventually recommend. I am so happy with this business. I want everyone to know if you have a need or just looking for a more wholesome natural alternative to the big soap brands that seem to fly off the shelf at most grocery stores or Mall fragrance shops without even knowing your skin type or needs. This is the perfect alternative. When I had questions or concerns while explaining my needs and concerns Ms Janice promised to call be after she did research for my particular needs. And guess what, she called me back with so much compassionate , personal, professional nformation for my needs. When I got my shipment it was packaged with care. It even had a little personal note just for me. I am a customer for life. And I'm telling everyone. This place is unbelievable. Try them. You will not be disappointed.

I checked out Goose Ridge after seeing it mentioned on Facebook, I was very impressed. They have a lot of products and all smell wonderful! I love the soap I bought, it does not dry out my skin, it smells great and has just a few ingredients which are all natural, not chemical. The owner was very nice and helpful. You should definitely check it out!

I went to the store for the first time . The ladies in the store were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased th reusable cloths. I haven’t a had a chance to use them yet. It’s instead of paper towels, and washable which is good.

Adventure day road trip well worth it! Drove from Fort Meade after my online search for natural soap directed me to Goose Ridge Soaps. Grabbed two of my favorite scent's of bar soap to try. Lavender and a Sunshine scent. It's been almost 2 weeks and my skin feels renewed. THIS IS GREAT SOAP! Clean ingredients make all the difference.
